OUR PRODUCTS ARE:

FRESH

Our aim is to keep our dishes within the tradition, but using contamination free technologies, between which a special watch to the cooling of the product, performed in short times taking the core from more than +80°C to +2°C, therefore inhibiting the growth of bacteria, and solving the problems concerning the shelf life of the product.

PRESERVATIVE FREE

To allow our customers to be able to fully savor all the quality, we used the method of preservation in a protected atmosphere.

NOT PASTEURIZED

This manufacturing process has allowed us to avoid the use of pasteurization of the product, process which, somehow, takes to flatten the dish flavor, indispensable requirement for a tasty lunch break.

EASY TO PREPARE

Our products have an average shelf life of 25/30 days if properly stored in the fridge at a temperature between 0° and 4° C. Easy to prepare, 5 minutes in the oven 200° C, removing it from the bag, or 2 minutes in the microwave at 650W without opening the bag. It is also possible to use a no stick pan, without adding anything to the product, for a more classic reactivation.
